Did you guys see the pre-register page on the AB site? You can't actually pre-register there yet, but they list dates and times you can pre-register at other conventions:
Oct 12 - Another Anime Convention 5:00pm-9:00pm
Oct 13 - Another Anime Convention 10:00am-2:00pm
Oct 14 - Another Anime Convention 10:00am-2:00pm
Oct 20 - Tokyo Kid
Oct 28 - Tokyo Kid
Nov 3 - Comicopia
Nov 17 - Tokyo Kid
Dec 1 - Comicopia
Dec 7-9 - New York Anime Festival
Dec 15 - Tokyo Kid
Dec 31 - First Night @ Hynes Convention Center (last chance for $40 rate!)
Jan 19 - Tokyo Kid
Feb 2 - Comicopia
Feb 16 - Tokyo Kid
